Who is responsible
Om Shejul, based in Bengaluru, India, operates Cronbolt and is responsible for the personal data described here.
Data we collect
We collect account details such as your email address and login provider identifiers; project, job, and API-key metadata; callback configuration needed to send requests; billing status and provider identifiers; and limited usage, diagnostic, security, and support data. API-key secrets are stored as hashes.
How we use data
We use data to provide scheduling and delivery, authenticate users, apply plan limits, process purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve the product, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Callback data
Cronbolt stores the target URL, headers, and body that you supply because they are needed for delivery. Run history keeps safe status and timing metadata. Response bodies and response headers are not stored. Sensitive callback values are excluded from analytics and error reports.
Service providers
We use Railway and PostgreSQL for hosting and storage, Cloudflare for network services, Resend for email, Paddle for billing, PostHog EU Cloud for product analytics, Sentry in its Germany region for error monitoring, and GitHub or Google when you choose social login. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and transfers
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect browser requests. Product analytics may use browser storage where enabled. Providers may process data outside India or your home country, with safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention and security
Terminal run history is normally retained for 30 days. Account, project, security, and billing records are kept while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, secret hashing, and data minimization, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict some processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Rights depend on applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Children and changes
Cronbolt is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the product or law changes and will publish the new date here.
